Prodrive and Renault to enter World RX in 2018

Former World Rally Championship-winning team Prodrive is set to build and develop a brand new Renault Megane RX Supercar for the newly formed GCK team to contest the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2018. The new Renault Megane IV Supercar will be designed and developed from scratch by the British outfit from its base in Banbury, including a bespoke two-litre engine, as part of a partnership with French driver, Guerlain Chicherit.  The new car is set to be unveiled at the ninth round of World RX at Loheac in France this September, before commencing testing ahead of 2018.
