2017 Rallye Monte Carlo: Analysis – A Mixed Bag
The events of last Thursday night ensured that the 2017 Monte Carlo Rally was always going to be a mixed bag of a rally, one that no amount of on stage drama or close competition would ever be able to completely nullify.
