Suninen steps up to World Rally Car

Advertising The 22-year-old will compete at 74th PZM Rally Poland (29 June - 2 July) and Neste Rally Finland (27 - 30 July) in an M-Sport car. Discussions continue over a possible World Rally Car debut earlier in the season at Rally Italia Sardegna (8 - 11 June). Fuel company Neste will back Suninen’s programme, which will also include five rounds of the WRC 2 support series in a Fiesta R5. He finished runner-up in the category in 2016 and will compete in Sweden, Corsica, Portugal, Germany and Britain.
